My passion is health – to take you on a journey of discovery, to give you the knowledge and the tools to take back control of your health. My approach is to treat you as an individual – there is no “one size fits all” because you are unique. I will help you learn why your body is in a state of ill health, what foods are healthy for you as an individual, and how your lifestyle is affecting your health. I will give you the tools needed to continue to remain healthy way into the future.
Every step of the way I will explain why. Every step of the way I will answer your questions. But most importantly, every step of the way I will listen.
I am a qualified Naturopath, Herbal Medicine Practitioner and Clinical Nutritionist. Practising from the beautiful bush setting of The Gap in Brisbane, my aim is to teach you about health and nutrition and to empower you to live a healthy, happy and well balanced life.

As a Natural Healthcare Practitioner I will always treat the symptoms and the causes of your health condition. I will be your teacher, to empower you with the knowledge you need to remain healthy. I will always be there for you to answer your questions, no matter how trivial you may think they are. Because it is only through asking that you can receive the answers that you need. I will help you reach your health goals by utilising a range of nutritional supplements, medicinal herbs, flower essences, mineral supplements and lifestyle advise. This is in conjunction with ongoing and caring support and advice.
