1 ½ cups of organic sunflower seeds, soaked then dehydrated (can be used wet but it tends to make a heavier cake)

2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
1/3 – ½ cup raw honey
4 free range organic eggs
2 tsp cinnamon

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
In a food processor, place the soaked sunflower seeds and grind to a paste
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish or cake pan
Bake for 50 – 60 minutes
