1/3 cup organic cacao

1 cup freshly ground organic nuts. Walnuts, Brazil and Macadamias are the healthiest choice
1/3 cup organic tahini
1/4 cup raw honey (or less to taste) or for “sugar” free, Stevia or Monk sugar (dissolve in hot water first)
2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
Organic desiccated or shredded coconut

METHOD:
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Dip in coconut and put in fridge
